Her comrades have fled,
Her ammo is long sense gone,
Her her hope is a mere memory,
Her thought-to-be friends have betrayed her,
Her dreams have been crushed,
Her sward is next to useless,
Her determination has been lost.
The last of her hope rises,
Until it reaches her heart,
Where her sole awaits it.
She becomes whole again,
She begins to focus,
She now knows what is right and wrong,
She recalls a reawakened memory,
She knows what she must do.
She charges, fearless,
Brave and determined,
To fight for what she believes in,
To be the last one standing,
And as her blood falls to the ground,
As the merciless monster approaches,
She knows that this was right.
As her lifeblood leaves her,
She knows that this would be the right way to end the war,
And as she takes her last breath,
She knows that she made a difference.
